Cynthia Juno is an LA-based real estate attorney specializing in "no-fault" evictions and landlord-tenant advice. Cynthia's work typically includes: (1) delivering a single-family home vacant prior to listing it for sale; (2) delivering a multi-family property vacant with Ellis act restrictions in place, prior to listing it for sale or converting it to a TIC (for example); and (3) assisting owners with owner-occupancy or owner-relative occupancies.

Cynthia has 30+ years of experience in real-estate litigation, trust-and-probate litigation and landlord-tenant law, including unlawful-detainer litigation. Although she no longer practices litigation, she brings that uniquely protective perspective to every situation to minimize realtor and owner legal exposure. Cynthia is known as THE "go-to" Ellis Act attorney and currently serves as litigation consultant to major law firms on the nuances of Ellis Act law and its interpretation.
